Outstanding service from Aisha at Wickes Wolverhampton.
I’m a landlord and property developer and have worked with many kitchen planners over the years. Aisha designed three different kitchens for me, including two very compact flats with challenging layouts. Her designs were practical, well thought out, and made excellent use of space.
She was patient, professional, listened carefully to the brief, and never tried to upsell unnecessarily. Even after multiple colour changes, she remained understanding and customer-focused throughout.
A real credit to Wickes, I would highly recommend Aisha to anyone looking for a kitchen designer.

We asked for a cordless garden vacuum as there weren't any in display . Lady assistant asked what make and I said it doesn't matter and I said that expecting to see a few different ones . She bought out one I'd never heard of and expensive so I said have you anything cheaper . She said yes and added we had to buy the battery separately. So we did without being able to view the item sealed in the box with no English writing on it we thought ok this will have to do and I wondered why we were only being shown one at a time . Got it home and there's a battery and charger inside the box anyway and it isn't a vacuum it's just a blower . Hopefully we can get our money back .

Worst retail experience ever...no trolleys in the trolley bays...they were all filled with stock on the shop floor. When I asked for a trolley I was told they had none, and when I asked how I should transport timber to the checkout, I was told by a staff member' I don't have a solution ' There are obviously training needs, and equipment supply problems in this store, and a lack of effective management. Selco, here I come!
