Wickes Wolverhampton

Went to exchange a set of door knobs as bought the wrong ones. Headed to customer services and the lady behind the counter said 'one second' and proceeded to call people over who were queuing for the tills. Now I am not one to queue jump but I went to customer services for an exchange, not to be served before others. The queue wasnt even that long. Anyway, got back to find there were no screws included with the knobs. Had to improvise but the knobs do look good on the door

The staff are useless and not helpful at all. The management is poor and they don’t respect their customers. I spent 15 minutes looking for an empty trolley! I asked a member of staff for help, and I was told there was nothing they could do because all the trolleys were being used by customers… even though the store was almost empty, with several trolleys left around full of goods. I will never come back here again. I went to Selco instead — at least there I’m treated with respect!

The staff walk around not making eye contact as if they don’t want to be approached. Slow service on tills and no bags offered when having multiple small items. Visited yesterday evening and today lunch time and experience was awful. Nothing against Wickes in general but the customer service at this store is awful from all ages of employees

will not use these for any further home improvement, cupboards have come chipped and counters warped. its been a whole year since we have trusted these to do our kitchen they have left parts here and customer service is asking payment when they have told us this would be corrected just passed on to another person to handle this what a joke

Outstanding service from Aisha at Wickes Wolverhampton. I’m a landlord and property developer and have worked with many kitchen planners over the years. Aisha designed three different kitchens for me, including two very compact flats with challenging layouts. Her designs were practical, well thought out, and made excellent use of space. She was patient, professional, listened carefully to the brief, and never tried to upsell unnecessarily. Even after multiple colour changes, she remained understanding and customer-focused throughout. A real credit to Wickes, I would highly recommend Aisha to anyone looking for a kitchen designer.
