Wood Worx Carpentry & Kitchens limited

We just had our Wren kitchen installed by Wood Worx. Our fitter Tommy was absolutely flawless. Words to sum him up; perfectionate, hardworking, considerate, friendly, timely, communicative. We would use Tommy again without any hesitation 👌

I have just had a great kitchen installed by Wood Wox Carpentry and Kitchens on behalf of Wrens. The installation is top quality as was the work of the skilled tradesmen employed by Wood Worx Carpentry and kitchens. I would highly recommend the use of this company and it's tradesmen.

I recently brought a kitchen from wren and wood worx carpentry and kitchens were the company who installed it. Tommy. This guy was amazing. He's the one who fitted all the cupboards,flooring and skirting. Absolutely lovely chap. He was always on time, made sure everything was perfect, when I had issues with some of the design he helped problem solve a solution and ran them by me first to fix them. My kitchen is small and when he first walked in it was probably bit of a scare as there were boxes everywhere and no where to move. But that didn't stop him. We moved some stuff and he just cracked on with it with no complaints. Would definitely ask this guy back to do other DIY around the house!!! Electric guys Surveyed the kitchen and looked what had to be done and got on with it when the kitchen was empty.All of them again lovely guys. Again all on time with no hassles.I had an issue with my light as a cupboard door smacked the light bulb. They moved my light for me so it was no longer an issue and I could use the light I intended instead of having to buy another new one. Plumber. This guy also surveyed my kitchen before I had work done so he knew what was expected. We went through the plans and he did everything I asked. He even went a little further and changed some of the piping under my sink so all the pipes didn't use up the whole of the cupboard which I thought was fab as you can never have too much space!! Plasterers. Now I did have an issue with the plasterers but I'm not holding them to fault as one thing this company needs to work on is communication. They were given pics which I took of the kitchen but didn't plaster everywhere they needed to which meant they had to come back and plaster some more as they missed areas. All in all. A great company, with friendly and helpful staff. So highly recommend! However guys you need to work on your communication skills between each other so everyone knows exactly what they are doing each day.

Excellent service from Wood Worx, thoroughly recommend. We recently had Wood Worx completely remove our old kitchen and install a new one from Wren; this included changing some plumbing and electrical sockets, removing the old floor tiles and replastering some walls. David project managed the entire team including those who took out the old kitchen and prepared the floor, the plasterer, the electrician, the plumber, the tiler and the kitchen fitter. The team worked tirelessly to transform our kitchen and always asked my opinion on where I would prefer things to be located as they worked. Each and every person who worked in my home was professional, polite, friendly, always carried out their work to a high standard, and, at the end of each day left their working area tidy. Communication as unexpected issues occurred was great, and the end result is fantastic. One very happy and satisfied customer; we thoroughly recommend David and his team to anyone considering having home improvements done.

Cannot recommend David and the team at Woodworx highly enough - imagine being able to say that it was a pleasure to have a team of builders in your house for 3 months, but it really was! They worked tirelessly to ensure that the project was delivered not just on budget but to the highest of standards. Woodworx genuinely take time to understand the brief at the outset and communicate clearly throughout the project so there are never any nasty surprises or hidden extras. There is not a weak link in the team, everyone takes a huge amount of pride in their work and - important for a clean freak like me - always tidy up at the end of the day! We couldn't be happier with our finished project and wouldn't hesitate to work with the team again.
