After being badly let down by our first joinery company, we were feeling pretty disheartened about our dressing room project. Thankfully, friends who had used Woodcock for their own dressing room recommended them to us, and we are so glad they did. From the very first meeting, Michelle and Steve listened carefully to our ideas and went above and beyond to give us way more than we initially envisioned. Working with them honestly felt like working with old friends, they made the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. Their professionalism, quality, first-class communication, and customer service were second to none, and we cannot thank them enough. Not only did the team design and install our wardrobes and dresser vanity unit to an incredibly high standard, but they also created beautiful decorative paneling for our bedroom wall. This extra touch really ties the dressing room and bedroom together perfectly, giving the whole space a cohesive, luxurious feel that exceeded our expectations. The installation was smooth, the fitters were punctual and tidy, and the attention to detail was outstanding. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for this company. Wow, what else can I say! We had a dressing room created from our master bedroom and it really is amazing! The wardrobes are perfectly made, top quality and to our specifications. It is now like being in a 5* luxury hotel! Steve and Michelle were great to work with and expertly managed the project including the electrician, plasterer and decorators. Thanks also to Dan for all his hard work, you are all a great team. Thanks also for working on my storage room, again the workmanship is superb and with all the cupboards and shelves, I am now organised! Looking forward to working with this wonderful team again next year for our kitchen.

We still enjoy walking into our kitchen every morning and getting to show it off to visitors. Thanks to Michelle we feel like we got the kitchen of our dreams. We had a long and arduous experience with our builder and the regular visits with Michelle to discuss the kitchen, made us feel like it was all worth it. Michelle obviously pulled on years of experience to explain things which wouldn't work, as well suggesting extra convinces we never would have thought of. Having a bespoke kitchen has meant that not only the colour is perfect, but the layout, shape and size of every cupboard. Michelle understood the vision from the off and work with us closely to ensure it happened. She also allowed my husband's geeky side to shine, by giving him a tour of their factory. Having met Steve at the factory, it was a delight to have him come and fit the kitchen. His eye for detail and precisions impressed us both and made us feel very secure in the capabilities of the kitchen. Thank you both for helping our house be a beautiful home.

Where to start with this fabulous company. Michelle worked tirelessly to design the dream kitchen in my head and then Steve and his team made the dream a reality. From visiting our home to view the environment, to making suggestions based on their extensive knowledge and finally creating bespoke quality craftsmanship all made using woodcock of Nottingham a positive experience. It was a full service covering all aspects of the project, none of this find your own electrician, or plasterer or decorator. I have no hesitation in recommending their services to you.. Two years on the kitchen looks as good as it did the day the project was finished.
