.Absolutely terrible experience. We paid £12,000 for cabinet work and a TV media wall, and the result has been shocking. The job was left unfinished, with poor workmanship and clear signs of rushing. Within a week or two, parts of the installation started coming apart, and now the structure feels unstable. The paint is already peeling, which says everything about the quality of the work. Communication has been just as bad. Once payment was made, they became completely unresponsive. We’ve called multiple times (over 10 times in one week alone) and sent messages that have been seen but ignored. There has been no effort to fix the issues or even respond. This company is unreliable and unprofessional. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid them and invest in a reputable business instead. Paying slightly more elsewhere would likely save you a lot of stress and money in the long run.

Avoid Zara Interiors at all cost. They do not believe in aftercare. We had laminate flooring installed, and within just 7 months it started breaking apart. The quality was extremely poor and even caused a safety hazard—one of our children cut their foot on a broken piece. Despite calling multiple times, we were repeatedly promised someone would come to fix it, but no one ever showed up. When we finally spoke to the owner, he refused to take responsibility and said the flooring supplier would contact us—but only if we paid a call-out fee. No one ever followed up. Eventually, they stopped answering our calls altogether. Two years later, the flooring has deteriorated so badly that we’ve had no choice but to replace it entirely at our own expense. Bottom line: Once Zara Interiors has your money, they don’t care about any issues. Terrible quality, zero accountability, and no customer service.

I am super happy with our new kitchen! The colour was exactly what we were looking for. Ismail and his team were excellent and provided us with such great service. Ismail was always available to discuss any matters. I am very very happy. Thank you for everything!

Absolutely love my new fitted wardrobes. They look even better than I expected. The photos don't do it justice. We highly recommend Zarah interiors. They have been brilliant from start to finish, always making us feel very looked after and valued. We also had our brand new kitchen from Zarah and loved it so much too that we went back for our wardrobes.Thank you so much.

Did a wonderful job in my parents and sisters wardrobe. Only the two middle custom doors took longer than expected to arrive- but was worth it in the end! Lots of options at a very good price
